Description

Another Fallout piece. I suck with watercolors, so please bear with me. I tried to make a propaganda pamphlet in a 50's-esque fashion, what with it being hand painted and all. The text says: ENCLAVE SOLDIER, this man is your FRIEND. It has a little Vault-Tec logo at the bottom. Rights go to whoever owns Fallout right now, since I'm not sure of who it is.
